Stamen Solutions
Overview
“A new home for Stamen’s work.”
We designed Stamen’s website around the questions a new client might have: what the team builds, how it works and where to begin. Services, project stories and a guided inquiry flow carry that introduction across five languages.
Getting to Know Stamen
Stamen Solutions works in the space between a company’s daily routines and the software that supports them. Its team develops custom business software, connects existing tools and improves ERP workflows. We wanted the website to make that work easy to understand from the first visit.
Someone might arrive knowing exactly what they need, or simply knowing that their current systems are getting in the way. We designed the introduction to give both visitors a useful starting point.
Finding the Right Starting Point
We organized the offering into three service areas: business software development, system integration, and ERP and process improvement. This gives each part of Stamen’s work a clear place, while showing how the services can support one another.
The descriptions begin with familiar business needs and introduce the technical detail from there. We wanted visitors to recognize their own situation before asking them to think about a particular solution.
Giving the Story a Shape
We planned the page around the questions a prospective client might bring: what can Stamen help with, what does that work look like, and how would a project begin? Services, visual explanations, project stories and the delivery approach each answer a part of that conversation.
Generous spacing and a clear hierarchy give each idea room to land. We kept the copy direct and the layouts open, so visitors can browse at their own pace or go straight to the detail they need.
Room to Breathe
We worked with Stamen’s existing identity to develop a website palette of warm white, charcoal and blue. Satoshi and DM Sans give the interface a clean foundation, while the larger headline treatments bring a little more expression to the page.
Blue appears in small, deliberate moments: a connection, an active state, a detail worth noticing. The same care carries through the navigation, service rows and buttons, keeping the website recognizable without crowding it.
Showing How Things Connect
An integration is easier to explain when you can see what it connects. We used diagrams and small interface details to show relationships between departments, tools and information, giving a visual form to work that usually happens behind the scenes.
Four ideas guide this part of the experience: connect your data, streamline your processes, see what matters, and scale with confidence. Each gives the visitor a practical reason to keep exploring.
From Browsing to a Conversation
Stamen’s SmartLawyer and Kronos stories put real examples alongside its services. We gave these projects space to explain the business challenges behind the software, with selected clients, the working process and frequently asked questions adding context along the way.
When a visitor is ready to get in touch, a short, multi-step form helps them describe what they’re working on. We made room for an early conversation, even when the project is still taking shape.
Building for Five Languages
We built the website with Next.js, React, TypeScript and Tailwind CSS, working through the details of navigation, service exploration and the inquiry flow alongside the responsive layouts. On mobile, the content follows the same story with more space for each element.
The experience is available in English, Serbian, Italian, French and German. We carried the design across all five versions, with localized routes and metadata for each language.
A Website That Feels Like Stamen
The finished website brings Stamen’s services, people and project experience into one place. We aimed for the same quality the company brings to its software: a clear purpose, connected parts and attention to how people will use it.
For someone meeting Stamen for the first time, there is now a path from understanding the business to exploring its work and starting a conversation about their own.
